These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valmuntra website (valmuntra.com) and client portal (together, the "Services"), operated by Valmuntra ("Valmuntra", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date. To activate a live trading account, you must complete our identity verification (KYC) process, which requires a government-issued ID and a selfie for confirmation. We may approve, reject, or request additional information for any verification submission at our discretion.

Valmuntra acts as an introducing broker, partnering with Harmonic to help clients open and manage a trading account on the MT5 platform, and to coordinate deposit and withdrawal requests on your behalf. Valmuntra's portal is not itself a trading platform — it is a client-facing coordination and account-management layer; trade execution and the underlying trading account are provided by Harmonic.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed by our team after you submit a request through the portal. We may take reasonable time to verify and process a request, may request additional confirmation for a submission (such as a clearer receipt), and may decline a request that fails to meet our verification requirements. Available deposit and withdrawal methods may change from time to time.

Clients may share a personal referral link to earn commissions on the trading activity of clients they refer, under whatever referral structure we make available at the time. We may change or discontinue the referral program, or decline to credit a referral we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive, at our discretion.
اسم وشعار Valmuntra، ومحتوى الموقع الإلكتروني والبوابة، هي ملك لـ Valmuntra أو مرخّصيها ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق منا. The Valmuntra name, logo, and the content of the website and portal are the property of Valmuntra or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، يتم تقديم الخدمات "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، ولن تكون Valmuntra مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، أو عن خسائر التداول، الناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمات. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Valmuntra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, arising from your use of the Services.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أنك انتهكت هذه الشروط، أو قدمت معلومات كاذبة، أو استخدمت الخدمات لغرض غير قانوني. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمات في أي وقت. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or used the Services for an unlawful purpose. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
